Programme overview
Applied Sculpture, BA students specializing in Applied Sculpture can create sculptures that have not only decorative but also practical purpose, i.e. the particular animalistic and figure plastics for interior, plastic objects for exterior, memorial sculpture. Students understand the technology of artistic processing of clay, plaster, wood, metal and granite. They also get acquainted with the principles of the renewal of granite and stone monuments. Sculptors with the BA qualification are able to independently define the field of their interests, professionally create sculptures, objects for interior and public spaces, create installations in contemporary art spaces or specific places, execute performances, create light, sound and media works, study in the second study cycle.
