Šiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution (ŠVK) has proved that during more than ten years of its activity, it has been acknowledged to be a Higher School with qualified studies. The studies are practice-orientated. Institution created a modern and democratic environment for students and staff. Our institution provides more than 20 professionally focused study programmes in informatics, engineering, business and management, social sciences, and health sciences.
At ŠVK, education extends far beyond the classroom. We actively collaborate with partners across Lithuania and Europe through research, innovation, consulting, lifelong learning, community projects, volunteering initiatives, and cultural events. Our goal is to create an inspiring environment where students develop both professionally and personally.
Close cooperation with businesses, public institutions, and social partners is one of ŠVK’s greatest strengths. Employers actively contribute to curriculum development, supervise student internships, participate in final thesis assessments, and help ensure that our study programmes meet current labour market needs. The ŠVK Study Fund, established in 2022, further strengthens these partnerships by rewarding students for academic excellence, innovative projects, and professional achievements through scholarships and business sponsorships.
