Who can apply: applicants for Bachelor degree studies who are citizens or permanent residents of Ukraine (5 grants), Republic of South Africa / Zimbabwe / Ghana / Kenya (2 grants), Colombia / Brazil / Venezuela / Mexico (2 grants), Taiwan / Thailand / Philippines / Mongolia / Indonesia (3 grants), Sakartvelo (Georgia) / Moldova (1 grant), Uzbekistan / Tajikistan (1 grant).
Financial provisions: scholarship covers the full tuition fee for the whole period of Bachelor degree studies* for students accepted in the academic year 2026-2027, if they have no academic debts.
Criteria:
- Candidates are selected based on their grade point average (GPA) and English proficiency level.
- The GPA must be at least 8.5, and the English proficiency level must be at least B2.
- Candidates with an English proficiency level of C1 or higher receive an additional 0.5 points added to their GPA.
- Applicants for studies in the Lithuanian language receive an additional 1 point.
- If multiple candidates achieve the same score, preference is given to those applying to programs with fewer eligible candidates for Tuition fee waiver.
- If three or more top-scoring candidates (from any country) apply for the same program, preference is given to those with slightly lower scores applying to programs with fewer eligible candidates for Tuition fee waiver. In this case, their score may be up to 0.5 points lower than the last of the top-ranked candidates.
- If there is only one eligible candidate from a specific country, they are selected regardless of whether their chosen program has five or more eligible candidates, and the above rule does not apply.
