Programme overview
This interdisciplinary programme is primarily focused on management, while closely linked to the fields of Environmental and Energy Engineering. It aims to develop specialists who can apply sustainability-driven management approaches, analyse and implement sustainable business strategies, and lead organisations toward long-term environmental, social, and economic resilience.
In Lithuania, the national progress strategy Lithuania 2030 highlights the creation of a smart economy through technologies that minimise environmental impact and promote sustainable, resource-efficient growth. This programme responds to these global and national objectives by preparing professionals capable of managing organisations in line with sustainable development principles.
What will I be able to do?
Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be able to:
- Develop and implement business projects that support sustainable development goals
- Apply analytical and project management methods, including financial, social, environmental, and energy efficiency assessments, as well as risk analysis and information systems for planning and evaluation
- Advise companies on sustainable investment strategies and organisational transformation
- Address complex sustainability challenges in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments
- Collaborate effectively in teams and demonstrate leadership in sustainability-oriented initiatives.
