Programme overview
Lithuanian Business University of Applied Sciences invites you to choose online courses. Learn and improve yourself where you are! You can freely choose which modules you want to listen to and their number. After listening to the module and passing its exam, an academic certificate confirming this will be issued. You will be able to submit your academic certificate when enrolling in the desired higher education institution and credit the modules you have taken will be included.
Communication Psychology, 3 ECTS credits
The main aim of the course:
- Acquire the basics of communication psychology.
- To get knowledge about the Active Listening Technique.
- To learn to formulate your thoughts better.
- To learn to read the most important body language gestures.
- To learn to develop negotiation skills.
- To get knowledge about different types of conflict strategies and how to behave during a conflict so that the conflict does not escalate
Course price – 1000 Euros.
