Programme overview
As more and more businesses, governments and individuals expand and communicate across borders, the demand for clear and accurate translations is growing. This programme develops the translation, editing and proofreading skills needed to translate and localise specialised texts, including those relating to business, advertising, audiovisual and law. The programme has been awarded the European Master’s in Translation (EMT) Quality Label. Students can choose to undertake an academic exchange at one of our partner universities in Cyprus, Spain, Poland, Italy, or elsewhere. Graduates of this programme pursue careers in the European Commission and Parliament, as well as in companies providing language services and as intercultural communication specialists in the media.
