Programme overview
Social innovation involves developing new and effective solutions to social problems, while also strengthening community participation, equity and sustainable development. KTU’s Social Innovation and Research programme is the first Master’s degree programme in Lithuania to provide knowledge and skills in creating and developing social innovation. Students have the opportunity to study ECIU micro-modules abroad. The programme enables graduates to understand social problems and learn how to create practical, lasting solutions. Graduates may pursue careers in non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and international institutions, working on social policy or projects in Lithuania and beyond.
