Programme overview
The Master in International Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence is a full-time, English-taught Master’s programme, collaboratively offered by four European universities. Unique in its structure, the programme features a semester-based rotation, with each semester taking place in a different university or country. This dynamic approach provides a diverse educational experience, deepening students’ understanding of international perspectives in cybersecurity. Upon completion, graduates will be adept at integrating into various sectors of the cybersecurity industry, with a particular aptitude for roles in cyber intelligence teams on an international stage.
Throughout the programme, students will engage in a range of specialised activities, including:
- Analyse: Conduct in-depth reviews and evaluations of incoming cybersecurity information to assess its relevance for intelligence purposes.
- Collect and Operate: Engage in advanced denial and deception operations, collecting cybersecurity data for intelligence development.
- Investigate: Probe into cybersecurity incidents or crimes linked to IT systems, networks, and digital evidence.
- Operate and Maintain: Ensure the effective and secure performance of IT systems through dedicated support, administration, and maintenance.
- Oversee and Govern: Provide strategic leadership and direction in cybersecurity matters, ensuring effective conduct within the organisation.
- Protect and Defend: Identify, analyse, and mitigate threats to internal IT systems and networks.
- Securely Provision: Design, acquire, and construct secure IT systems, taking responsibility for various aspects of system and network development.
