Programme overview
The Master’s program in Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management prepares engineers for managerial positions in production companies. The programme equips students with the skills necessary to develop and commercialise innovative products and improve production, organisational, and marketing processes in a global competitive environment. The programme emphasises leadership, teamwork, and human resource management, preparing students for senior industrial management roles.
The goal of the Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management programme is to prepare industrial enterprise managerial staff and engineers who can create and market innovative products, as well as improve manufacturing, organisational, and marketing processes in a globally competitive environment.
What will I be able to do?
Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be able to:
- Analyse internal and external factors affecting innovation, production, and organisational processes, considering economic, social, technological, and environmental aspects
- Evaluate patent information in research and development (R&D) and provide insights for creating, producing, and commercialising innovative products
- Design, improve, and implement production systems and organisational processes
- Identify innovation features in products and patents, proposing technology-based solutions
- Prepare conceptual and prototype designs for innovative products and process improvement
- Apply modern modelling and simulation methods to support proposals and decisions
- Assess engineering solutions within macroeconomic, marketing, and management contexts under global competition.
