Dams, water systems, infrastructure and environmental solutions – all of these are analysed, designed and assessed in a practical context.

The programme is focused on strong practical training, so graduates can quickly enter employment in hydrotechnics, water management or infrastructure sectors.

What to expect during your studies?

• Work with real projects, not “examples” (drainage systems, dams, etc.)
• Modern design software for hydraulic and hydrological calculations
• Renewable energy in practice – small hydropower plants, water turbines, etc.
• Drones in studies – aerial drones (embankments, slopes, etc.) and water drones (water bodies, seabed topography, etc.)
• Real research in real-world sites – Gediminas Hill slopes, polders, dams, etc.
• Practitioner lecturers – around 80% of teaching is delivered by professionals working in the field
