Programme overview
The EuroPhotonics Joint Erasmus Mundus Master’s Programme offers a rigorous and forward-looking curriculum that covers everything from fundamental principles to advanced research in photonics and its interdisciplinary applications. Graduates will be able to explore and manipulate matter and optical phenomena at the nanometre scale, develop innovative imaging tools for complex biological systems, from cells and tissues to clinical applications, and contribute to the creation of next-generation optical technologies.
The programme is delivered in collaboration with four prestigious institutions:
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany)
University of Barcelona (Spain)
Tampere University (Finland)
Vilnius University (Lithuania)
This international and interdisciplinary master’s degree offers an excellent opportunity to join a community at the forefront of photonics research, equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive innovation in academia, healthcare, industry, or entrepreneurship.
