Programme overview
The Dentistry programme prepares fully qualified dental practitioners within a state‑regulated profession, following national requirements for integrated studies and fully aligned with the European Directive 2005/36/EC. Designed to develop both strong theoretical foundations and extensive clinical competence, the curriculum covers all essential areas of modern dentistry through compulsory subjects that balance academic learning with practical training.Students study in small groups, benefiting from personalised guidance, modern dental workstations, an updated curriculum with enhanced clinical skills development, and an integrated internship that provides real‑world patient‑care experience.
Upon graduation, they are equipped to work across all areas of clinical dentistry or pursue careers in medical equipment and pharmaceutical companies. Graduates also have access to third‑cycle (residency) studies, with six specialised dentistry residency programmes available: Endodontology, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Paediatric Odontology, Periodontology and Prosthodontics, each lasting three years.
