Programme overview

The objective of the Environment Protection Engineering study programme is to train a professional  Environment Protection Engineer , having higher institution education, acquired knowledge of fundamental, social sciences and engineering, necessary in the Environment Protection area, meeting the labour market needs, able to think creatively and critically, observe and assess environment pollution problems, interested in innovations of environment protection technology sciences and apply it practically, aware of the influence and significance of environment protection engineering solutions on the improvement of the environment and the human life quality, able to sustain own professional competence through lifelong learning.    

The acquired Professional Bachelor degree in Engineering allows the graduate to work in various industrial, utility, private and state enterprises of economic activity, state and local self-governing institutions in the position of an environment engineer/ecologist or other environment protection related positions. After being awarded the professional bachelor degree in Environment Engineering, the graduate is able to work in enterprises of economy activity, state and local municipality institutions as an environment protection engineer, an ecologist or to occupy another position related to environment protection.
