Profile of the programme

Bachelor studies Design (goods design) is a four-year art and humanities university studies programme that aims to educate broad range designers who are able to create innovative and competitive goods, environment and graphic design objects (products), individually plan, independently organize and creatively carry out project activity, work in teams with various areas specialists, analyse and critically estimate the opportunities of local and international environment, react to changes and create new design trends and tendencies; actively take part in creative industries, social and cultural design initiatives in Lithuania and abroad. Projects during the studies are carried out in collaboration with business, industry and social partners. Students have an opportunity to use well-equipped studios and classrooms.

BA students specializing in Furniture Design and Restoration become specialists in the sphere of furniture design, i.e. designers of modern and exclusive furniture. The curriculum includes the basics of ancient furniture restoration.
