Lithuanian delegation, comprised of the representatives of ISM University of Management and Economics, Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Vilnius University, Education Exchanges Support Foundation, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania, and Study USA, participated in the world exhibition and conference for higher education NAFSA2013. The event took place in St. Lois, USA, on 27-31 May, 2013.

More than 8000 participants from higher education institutions and organisations, providing services in the field came to the event from all over the world. Possibilities to study in Lithuania were introduced accordingly.

At the exhibition, Lithuania and possibilities to study here were actively introduced. Lithuanian representatives both established and maintained co-operation relationships with the higher education institutions from all over the world. During the seminars, discussions about the latest trends in higher education, as well as hot topics of internationalization of higher education, were held. Lithuanian booth was of high interest for the participants of the event – they visited it with questions about co-operation possibilities, as well as with the aim to meet their Lithuanian partners.

During exhibition a meeting with the representatives of the Lithuanian community of St. Louis region was held. During the meeting activities of the Lithuanian community were introduced, and possibilities for the Lithuanian emigrants to study in Lithuania discussed.
